Meet The Team
Meet EEE Build
Continuity, Accountability, and the Faces Behind the Build
Behind every EEE Build project is a small, experienced team who take responsibility seriously – from first conversation through to installation, inspection, and improvement.
We don’t hide behind departments or generic email addresses. Clients deal with the same people throughout a project, and that continuity is deliberate. It keeps communication clear, decisions fast, and accountability where it belongs.
Below is a look at the core team that keeps EEE Build running.

Rowan Bean-Coupe
Co-Director - Technical
Meet Rowan
Rowan has worked in live events, theatre, and engineering environments since 2010. His background spans rigging, modular structures, technical theatre, and production engineering, alongside sales and client relationship management. At EEE Build, Rowan is responsible for projects from quote through to completion. While he remains technically hands-on, his primary focus is project management, problem-solving, and winning new work. Clients rely on him for straight answers, practical solutions, and a calm, friendly approach — especially when projects are complex or time-pressured.
Rowan’s approach to work is embodied in the company slogan he wrote himself: Install. Inspect. Improve. The principle is simple — every job should be done properly, reviewed honestly, and left better than it was found.
Before founding EEE Build, Rowan’s route into the industry was anything but linear. He began in the music world, briefly signed to a metal label, where recording work exposed him to the backstage and technical side of production. That led to music technology, live events, and eventually promoting gigs with his brother — where he quickly learned how the industry actually functioned.
Rowan went on to study events academically, completing a BTEC and then a Foundation Degree in Technical Theatre at RADA, funded by working in stage building, stage management, and technical production roles alongside his studies. A placement at Earls Court to “learn about rigging” turned into several years on site until the venue’s demolition in December 2014. From there, he joined Unusual Rigging’s head office as a production rigger across theatre and events, remaining in rigging roles until June 2020.
Following COVID and a desire to build something more focused and agile, Rowan founded EEE Build in collaboration with Triple E.

Lucy Edelstein
Co-Director - Financial
Meet Lucy
Lucy is Co-Director of EEE Build alongside Rowan. While Rowan handles day-to-day operations, Lucy focuses on the wider direction of the company, including capacity planning, management issues, and long-term growth.
Lucy spends her working days managing Triple E, which gives EEE Build a valuable second perspective. With both directors running separate companies, regular discussions allow challenges, ideas, and strategic decisions to be tested thoroughly before being acted upon.
Calm, highly organised, and detail-driven, Lucy is unflappable under pressure and plays a critical role in keeping EEE Build stable, measured, and sustainable.
Rowan and Lucy met while studying Technical Theatre and Stage Management at Royal Academy of Dramatic Art. Lucy remained to complete the full degree, while Rowan moved directly into industry. They stayed in close contact, and when Rowan later decided to make the move from Unusual Rigging, Lucy was the natural person he turned to.
Although Lucy is the daughter of David and Brenda Edelstein, her role at Triple E was never assumed. After university, she worked in production lighting and lighting design, including a residency in Canada. On returning to the UK, she combined freelance lighting work with a role in IT before eventually joining Triple E.
Starting in the warehouse, Lucy progressed through sales and administration before moving into senior management. Now Managing Director of Triple E, she has formally taken over the business from David and Brenda — bringing a modern, structured approach built on first-hand experience of every level of the company.

Dave Jeff
Senior Inspection Engineer & Site Foreman
Meet Dave
Dave joined EEE Build in October 2024 and quickly became a key part of the operation. He leads day-to-day service requests, inspections, and track installations, while also working closely with Rowan on larger and more complex projects.
Dave is a frank, plain-speaking presence on site — friendly, approachable, and quietly relentless when it comes to solving problems. He has a knack for keeping teams moving forward under pressure and for lifting morale when conditions are challenging. Tenacious, dependable, and technically strong, Dave inspires confidence in both clients and subcontractors. When Dave is running a site, things get done properly.
Rowan and Dave first worked together at Unusual Rigging, where Dave spent nearly a decade (2015–2024). During that time, he progressed from hoist servicing engineer to on-site LOLER inspection engineer, and ultimately to running the inspections team.
Before moving into rigging and inspection work, Dave worked in aluminium access tower fabrication, including time on the specials bench for Euro Towers as a TIG welder. He originally trained as a general builder through City & Guilds and worked across multiple construction roles before relocating to Northampton with his wife and specialising in fabrication.
This breadth of experience gives Dave an exceptional depth of knowledge across LOLER, access systems, fabrication, and on-site engineering — a combination that directly strengthens EEE Build’s inspection and installation capability.

Debbie Flynn
Finance Manager
Meet Debbie
Debbie works one day a week for EEE Build, managing bookkeeping and accounts. She ensures invoices are raised, payments are made, and the numbers add up — quietly and efficiently.
Debbie is office- and home-based, and in her own words, not hearing from her is usually good news. What she achieves in one day spread across the week previously took Rowan and Lucy several days to manage between them.
Her contribution allows the rest of the team to focus on delivery, knowing the financial side of the business is in safe hands.

Eva Yaneva
Sales Manager & Sales Administration Support
Meet Eva
Eva works for Triple E as Sales Manager, but regularly supports EEE Build by fielding calls, assisting with sales administration, and stepping in when demand peaks.
Often the “firefighter” when things get busy, Eva helps keep momentum going during high-pressure periods. She is friendly, exceptionally fast, efficient, and clear — qualities that make a real difference when clients need answers quickly.
Her support frees up engineering time and helps ensure enquiries and projects keep moving smoothly.
How We Work Together
EEE Build Operates as a Tight, Responsive Team
Rowan and Lucy hold regular weekly catch-ups alongside ad-hoc discussions. Rowan and Dave work closely from the same office and are often on site together. Eva and Debbie provide responsive support behind the scenes handling the customer and supplier admin, always ready to step in when needed to support projects or clients.
Beyond the core team, EEE Build scales carefully using trusted, vetted subcontractors. This approach means we don’t carry dead weight, can remain efficient in pricing, and can assemble the right team for each project. Our subcontractors are treated as an extension of the team, and clients will often see the same faces across multiple jobs.
The result is a company that stays lean, communicative, and accountable — focused on delivering work properly, not just getting it done.
